Reid Peryam is an architect and advisor with over 20 years of experience aligning technology, strategy, and people to drive business value.
He works with leadership teams across industries and continents; in M&A and transformation contexts, he partners on both the buy-side and sell-side to assess technology assets, identify material risks and opportunities, and execute results.
Reid founded GST to address a persistent gap in private equity and executive decision-making: the need for technology expertise grounded in business value. His work focuses on translating technical reality into strategic clarity, risk awareness, and an actionable path forward.
Reid is a two-time alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business and also Boston University. GST's advisory work is grounded in long-term value creation and disciplined execution.
